WAYFARER TENNIS COURTS
The Wayfarer Apartments in Marina del Rey feature 3 lighted multi-use courts that accommodate both tennis and pickleball, offering residents and guests year-round play, day or night. On-site, the LA Tennis professional coaching staff led by Brent Pettersson provides private lessons, group instruction, and the signature LA Liveball classes, along with social round robin mixers, fast-format tournaments, and more.

In addition to high-level instruction, Wayfarer residents can enjoy inclusive programs like LA Tennis Together, designed to bring people from all backgrounds into the game, and the popular LA Pickle Club, which hosts fun, social, and competitive pickleball experiences. First known as Speedball and brought to Los Angeles in 1994 from NYC it had a name change to LA Liveball. It's the original high-energy group tennis format created by Brent Pettersson of LA Tennis. Known for its fast pace, nonstop rallies, and team-based excitement, LiveBall has become a phenomenon across the country. Designed to keep players constantly moving, it blends competitive point play with a social, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for all levels. More than just a workout, LA LiveBall is a LA Tennis signature experience that builds community, improves skills, and delivers the most fun you’ll ever have on a tennis court.
